Susan was amazing! She made the experience very easy and was always there to help us along the way when we needed it.
Extremely knowledgeable and very thoughtful/giving to my fiancé and I (first time home buyers that knew nothing about buying a house). Susan was very quick to respond to every question I emailed/texted throughout the entire process.
Susan was kind, knowledgeable, responsive and walked us through the mortgage process. We felt like we got the best options for insurance and the northage.
