Working with Steve Wells was great. I do not feel the same working for his processor Mia Pence. She was not very communitive as Mr. Wells. The handoff to Solidifi was not discussed and left me with not having signed copies of closing documents....

Everything went very smoothly and closed seamlessly
Process seemed a little longer and disjointed than necessary. My closing person went silent for a while, then assigned to different person. Rate went up during this delay. Better communication and faster closing would have been better.
Steve did a great job. He was very knowledgable, quick to respond to questions and is very personable. Would definitely recommend Steve and Amerisave.
IT issues and loans took too long too close. Underwriting did not review materials in a timely manner.

I always want to make sure borrowers fully understand the programs available to provide the best benefit, what the process entails, and they know that I am always here for them to make it a seamless process. Steve is a born & raised Hoosier, but currently calls Louisville, Kentucky home. Yes, he loves college basketball, but he is also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Steve loves spending his free time with his wife, two boys, and their rescue dog, "Boomer".
