Steve was very informative throughout the entire process and fought for me to get the best possible loan experience. When things needed to get expedited Steve was right there working dillignently to accommodate us.
Overall I had a great time with Mr.McKean and he was very responsive on any questions we had. In the future I would refer him if someone needed a loan officer. If I had to buy a house in Alaska I wouldn't mind going with Mr. McKean again!

Working with Steve was great . Good updates. My only feedback back was from title saying that it was "crickets" and then bam... we are ready. So maybe better communication through the process with title
Steve was fantastic to work with. He took the time to make sure we understood all parts of the process, answering any and all of our questions. He even took the time to show up at our closing so we could meet him in person!
