My only complaint about the process is that they wait until 2 weeks before close before to ask for IRS documents and other needed bank documents to close. we were under contract for almost 3 months and could have been requested earlier

Was a super easy process to buy a house.
This was a pretty easy process . probably the easiest house we have bought . Steve was great and his whole crew
