    Steve was very good and responsive. Gabby was not familiar with the BAP plan and needs some training and more experience. Dealing with the title company was a big pain. I think Steve and Gabby could have been more proactive.

    Service was fine. Communication could be improved. For example, many of the documents and emails we received (including this survey) were only sent to one party instead of both of the joint tenants.
