Stephone was very patient and answered all my questions; he shepherded me through the process from start to finish. He stayed in contact and communicated with me as needed.
Issues were repeatedly created by Howard Hanna lender that were completely unnecessary and made the process extremely difficult. I will never use Howard Hanna again and I plan to tell everyone I know not to either.
