Understood my concerns and worked to address them
Responsiveness and communication
Stephen responded very quickly to any questions I had. The refinance portion took longer than expected, but understandable given the circumstances.
Whole transaction was easy and painless. Took a little longer then I thought but to be expected maybe given number of people looking to do refinances.
The refinance process was very smooth and Stephen and his colleagues were knowledgeable.
