Steph helped us get the loan we needed to get our dream vacation home. Our previous lender was not able to work out some issues and Steph stepped in and got it done!
My previous lender was not able to complete the loan due to an issue with the property and a community association. We were able to get the issue resolved and closed with Steph's help.

You working your tail off to help close the transaction. Even when the buyer had to switch to you last minute you worked quickly to help close this on time and things fell out of your control or we would have closed on Friday.
