More communication and elaboration. It was my first home and I felt like I was figuring things out as I went along. Resending emails was the bare minimum and made things confusing, especially when keeping track of what I needed to submit.
Great communication, transparent about everything, and a real people person. I do not like to work with anyone that is a robot, has no sense of humor and rude. It was a very smooth transaction. Thank you again for getting us to the finish line....
