Garcia was the Loan Officer for the transaction. At first all was well then we needed extension after extension because the ball got dropped and when I asked for an update I was ignored for weeks almost costing us the deal. I’m the listing...

We were novices to mortgage lending and just could have used a more detailed explanation of what to expect/what was happening. Otherwise all was good :-)
