At the end closing had an issue and it was not clear they were working on it and gave us no hope. I have a lot of people on my back wanting to know what happened and how the company would solve it but I didn't hear from the key individuals...

Stacy is a phenomenal Account Executive. I know you guys are struggling as little in the closing department which is a little stressful. I am sure Lisa Martino will get it handled though because she stays on top of it. :-)
