I'm a new LO and this was my first VA Loan. Everything went smooth and we ended up closing 5 days earlier than planned.
When a file is hung-up on a minor issue, she gets involved and starts knocking heads together to get it moving.
I could tell with the brief interations I had with Stacy she knew what she was doing....I would say because she knew what she was doing they were brief:)
Super responsive and works to resolve issues instead of just emailing someone else.
