We were able to do most everything through email and online documents. Didn't have to take off early from work to handle this. Loan butler site works great. Gives a time-line of where we were and what was needed. Thanks again guys

Ruoff doesn't have competitive rates compared to my local credit union, thankfully we were able to match the offer from the credit union but was more effort than I would've liked
