I felt like there were several instances when we couldn’t get our questions answered and were instead just expected to sign documents without understanding what we were signing. That was my only complaint.
Jaime Rhude was perfect throughout the transaction. From Qualifying, approval, leading the client through the process, and then finally closing. A true home lending Rock Star.
