Customer service was outstanding. Sonya and her team answered all calls and emails promptly. She even came to the closing which greatly helped speed things along.
Sonya and Paige were always on it to ensure I had everything completed - even when I wanted them not to be! THEY kept me on track!
Very friendly and approachable throughout the process. She kept us informed and updated with our loan application and made sure no discrepancies in it. She also made sure we get the best rate!
For me as a first time buyer Sonya made the process very easy.
