I had a lot of computer/ technology issues when starting the application process and Sonya was very understanding and patient and helpful when I was panicking. She was very friendly and very efficient getting our loan done
The contact and updates from Carrie and Sonya were timely and kept everything on track from initial contact to closing.
The communication was great especially considering the 14 hour time difference.
Sonya helped answer every question i had throughout the process. Thank you so much for your hard work
