The process of buying a home for the first time was overwhelming with information that I would not be able to navigate on my own. You explained and answered all questions and concerns, making this whole process a smooth transition.
Specifically, Silver is fantastic: he is timely in responses, detailed enough without going into excessive minutiae, and he really does make himself available when urgent questions arise.
Silverio was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout all of our phone and email interactions.
