smooth process
Personal attention, felt like their top priority!
Shyla was extremely helpful in explaining the loan process. She made everything go smoothly between us and the builder and kept us up to date on deadlines regarding our loan. She was amazing, we couldn’t thank her enough!
If possible, I hope that the time span for a loan to get approved can be shortened.

Shyla communicated often. Her communications were clear and were accurate. She was friendly and made the process very easy.
