Great communication, fast and accurate service
Shyla was great to work with! She was very friendly, and answered every question we had. She stayed on top of everything and made purchasing our dream home a walk in the park!
Had to contact lender multiple times to get a call back from the beginning. Lender failed to lock in a rate or follow up regarding rates until it was ready to close. Requested a call back from upper management; was promised but never got it....
