Shonna and her team were consistant with communications and I always knew what was going on with the loan. When they needed documents from me, it was easy to upload them. When they needed me to sign documents, it was easy to sign them electronically....

The entire team was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step....they explained everything even when there were title issues noted, they were great at explaining the rationale of what was going on
