Sherri always makes it happen, she communicates to my clients and me to keep us updated in the progress. I would highly recommend Sherri.
to closed the deal took more than 62 days when in the worse case is 45 days which all the lenders do in 28/35 or 45 but not 67 days, on top of that she (sherri) or your company never checked the real taxes of the buyer. My seller was VERY upset...
