Spend time by phone or in person going over various options for interest rates with points. And communicate clearly regarding the various fees, especially a funding fee that we were not anticipating, before sending a disclosure to be signed....

Typically, my experience is stellar. When informing an agent that there will be a delay in closing, it is best to be upfront, informative and helpful. I expect more than this from Guild and the Shelley Sammons team.
