someone dropped the ball with the payoff on a personal loan and I wound up having to pay extra interest on the note because it didn't get to the lender in a timely manner.
Sheila was amazing! She helped us the whole time....
Mrs. Sheila was there for us on whatever we needed through the entire process. She definitely showed us great customer service and made sure we understood everything we were signing. She is an excellent asset for First Bank!
