Start venting the loans sooner instead of waiting till it gets closer to close so we do not run into last minute problems that push closings back.

Not enough transparency. Didn't volunteer to explain exactly what was want and no encouragement to details. Left out one duspersement. Couldn't contact no one to clarify. Very attentive to purpose and satisfied customers wishes as best as possible....
