Communication was not the best. It took too long for the entire process to be completed. I had to pay to get a second pest inspection within a six month period. I found that disappointing. It was more money out of my pocket that should not...

The process from time of application to closing took 77 days in total which seems adnormally longer than most refinance applications. Also, my mortgage was immediately sold after closing to a thrid party vendor. Would not recommend to others....
