Terrible customer service. I would call and email Shawn for updates. I would never received a response from him. I think he might have answered twice in a 60 day period. I had to call the main line or the underwriter for answers.
More communication about where we were in the process would’ve been great. I had to reach out to check in. Other than that, things went well. The overall process was pain free and smooth!
