I have submitted several complaints about Shawn. Apparently he is not required to return phone calls or work his refinance applications!
Shawn Peck, was very helpful in keeping up to date. The refinance was slow because of the Coronavirus effect on the work force. We talked by phone and send e-mail between us to keep informed. Great/Outstanding job - THANK YOU Shawn

Nobody followed up with me. Very polite and respectful. Was left hanging for almost 90 days. One good thing is got to miss to house payments. Not so good thing cuz I was told three times that it was going to close and did not.
