Communication was halting at times especially once we started dealing with the underwriter, Warren Helms. We had a lot of radio silence, voicemails and emails that went unnoticed.
Hard to reach over the phone.
Ease of all
Very friendly and explained everything well.
Everything went smoothly except that we have to meet again to sign what didn’t have lines on them the first time.
