My only issue was not being notified that my first appointment with the notary canceled.
I just did not feel like my business was very important to Shawn or Planet Home Lending. Little to no communication throughout the process.
shawn was very very informative any questions or concerns I had he answered, it was a pleasure working with him!
The help I received on some questions or concerns about the forms or what is need to complete my loan.
He only wanted to speak to my husband but we were both on the loan. My husband doesn’t like dealing with paperwork. My husband did advise him to speak directly to me, but he didn’t.
This was a VA streamline IRRl, and the process was so quick and easy. No credit check or any hassles at all. This saved me a lot of money up front and long term. I could not be happier with the results. Shout out to the Planet home lending...

First time doing an in-house refi with my mortgage company and I can honestly say the simplicity of it and the not having to leave home made it a pleasant experience.
Communication, follow up timely completion and not requesting same items multiple times.
The process took a long time I started back in May and dinished in Oct.
