Overall my experience was good but sometimes it was hard to get a hold of Shawn but in the end he was kind and professional and he got the job done.

I'm sorry you did not have a great experience. Nothing is more important than delivering great customer experiences.
Having agents that had knowledge of the loan process, understood my needs, disclosed all dos and do nots before the project started, and helped to keep us in line with the specific loan requirements. Could not have had a more terrible experience....

Making such a decision is difficult ... my husband did most of the work and communication ... I would say good vs. OK but not great.
