    More forewarning about need for cashier's check at closing. I need at least 7-10 days to get one from my bank

    My husband indicated numerous hiccups during the process....incorrect estimates, mail being sent to our former address weeks after we moved, and then nobody catching the city taxes on the property (were listed as $0, in actuality almost $250/month)...
