    Shane was very nice and responded when promoted, but I had to reach out to find out the status of my loan. Took quite some time to get it completed. The closing was not as it should have been. I would still recommend them.

    We are extremely happy with the service Shane gave us during our refinance. He answered all our questions quickly and professionally. When a problem arose he worked it out to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend Shane!!
