Shane did as good as he could under the circumstances, refinancing a loan that was already with Planet Home Lending should never take 4 months. Shane did tell me up front it could take around months to close due to Covid, tons of refinancing...

The last time I closed on a mortgage, we used DOCUSIGN to include the notary. NO ONE came to my house and it went smooth and easy. I asked to do the same thing this time around and was all but ignored. I WILL NEVER do this again
