Shane was so great to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful.
Was able to talk when I had anything I needed. Got paperwork ahead of time so we could look at the paperwork. Very happy with the way handled the paperwork and the person who we signed papers with.

Easy to work with. Wish there was a bit more communication, but overall a very, very good experience. By far the easiest refi I've ever done.
We ran into a multitude of issues and communication with Shane was great. Communication from other parties was not good requiring me to reach out after communicated dates were passed with no update email.
Shane Deeley is extremely professional and he made the whole process easy to understand, we need more people like Shane helping us costumers.
