Professionalism, knowledge, and explanation to any questions I had and educated me as well on the procedure and process of re-financing my mortgage. I was well pleased. Thank you Shane.
The process was all done through emails and electronic doc signing. To finalize the loan a notary came to our home to sign the final loan documents at our convenience. Shane was always easy to notify and responded right away.
Shane was great. His co worker was not. He was unprofessional with questions that were none of his business with regards to a re-fi.
