The easy process
Shane made the whole experience very easy and quick. This was something I have been putting off for some time now because I thought it would be very "involved". He set my mind at ease, which was needed in my hectic life right now.
Questions were answered in a timely manner. Explained the process very clearly so we understood what was happening.
Great attitude, attention to detail, knowledgeable.
When the notary came for signing she had asked about a few things that our loan officer was supposed to already have told us about and didn’t. She was able to answer our questions.
Shane was reliable, answered all my questions quickly and accurately. I could tell he really was excited to give us an updated improved lower interest rate.
Although being a 1st time homeowner, refinancing cam be a bit confusing. Shane broke the details down for us, which was nice to see. He was very quick to respond to our e-mails.
