Straightforward and easy!
Easy process
Shane was great. Outlined the process. Always available to answer questions. Went as planned. Very smooth.
He make my closing easy, always ready to help whenever I ask. He locked in my rate and also told me he will lower it if the rate goes down which is what he did.
Shane was great, but the rest of the process, other than the notary and appraiser was horrible. There was very little communication, poor organization of documents and overall bad experience. Sorry, just telling you the truth. If it wasn't...
