Given information at the last minute of closing and not transparent on how loans are handled with this bank. Kissing up for your commission and disappearing afterwards is not good service.
It was pretty seamless
Shana is so helpful and answers every one of my million questions, timely. Our appraisal came in way lower than I expected and she helped us try and work through it. She did everything possible to help us.

A Kansas State University graduate, Shana began her career in sports journalism before following in her father’s footsteps into mortgage lending—a field where she could combine her love for education, communication, and helping others achieve homeownership. Outside of work, Shana enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. She’s an avid reader, family historian, and traveler who also gives back through community boards and church service.
