I really appreciate that Seth was easy to get a hold of when we had questions, and that he took time to help coach us through the process of making our first offer.
Seth is always great to work with because of how thoroughly he researches our options. He then clearly explains what options we have.
Seth was very calm and patient. He explained why we needed documentation and where to find all the information. He is an excellent person to work with.
