When we went through the mortgage tax credit scenarios, it was calculated to be at 20% of annual interest rates uncapped so I was surprised to learn after we were closed in that our address was not eligible for 20% uncapped, but 25% capped....

I was not happy because we wanted to the uncap money return and we didn't get it because of the area and regulations. I would like to had this information in one of the meetings. I understand that is not your fault.
