It was jst a complicated process,many things were asked for repeatedly.
All the staff was very helpful , friendly , kind and understanding . Staff also took the time to help me understand and explain what was going on even when having to repe what I'm sure they had already told me a few times

I was guided what type of loan was best for me. Also i was kept alert on any changes on the market which could affect my loan due to changing interest rate. My questions were answered on time
