Only reason I could not give an excellent rating was due to the fact that our closing documents were not prepared in time, which caused our closing to be delayed by a day.
we missed the closing date by a day, but everything came together the following day.
I thought the communication could have been much better. I would get emails with documents to sign with little to no guidance about what I was going to sign. When documents changed and was asked to sign the new documents, there were no explanations...
