The entire process took much longer than expected. Non of which was Scott's fault. I expected to go to closing a month ago. It's been over 3 months now. Still haven't closed
He was very understanding and was very helpful
I received direct, accurate and timely responses to questions and issues that arose. Scott responsed promptly and personally helped resolve the few issues that could have created delays in processing our application.
