If the underwriters wouldn't have been so picky about the utility bills.
The patience everyone showed during the water test fiasco
Scott was knowledgeable and FAST! We never waited on him for anything, he was always ahead of the game. Easy to work with and a pleasant personality as well. Will use him again!

The back and forth with the underwriters seemed to be prolonged. Took over 3 weeks to get the application approved and everything settled. Then it was back and forth with how much money was in my bank account. Then closing was delayed 3 days...
