Basic level of communication would have been nice - took multiple emails and ultimately voicemails to get him to respond. I never once heard about the appraisal - not when it was ordered, completed, nothing - I had to hear from the BUYER. Also...

Scott stayed in touch and never left me hanging when I needed help or had questions. He was great!

During the closing process, we had to reschedule multiple times due to paperwork not being snet on time and loan processor not answering email in a timely fashion

I has requested a r*** lock at 4.875% but the appropriate boxes werent checked or completed by NAF and it wasn't honored at time of closing. I also was told conflicting information many times about the status of my loan and felt like no one...
