Scott is very professional and makes the whole process smooth. This is our 4th time utilizing Scott for our mortgage process.
Being a first time home buyer, I was not aware of all the options and all the pieces that went into purchasing a home. Scott not only answered any questions I had, but was also a great resource and always willing to help.
Scott walked me through the process, so I would know what to expect and he didn't promise things he couldn't deliver or had no intentions of delivering, unlike my previous agent.
