Experience was good and easy
Many requested items were provided numerous times, reviewers did not look at provided data. This was outside of Scott's responsibilities, but became frustrating to have to either explain or resend requested information.
Scott has always been very professional, courteous and reliable. Answers all emails and questions. I have referred several people to him and would not hesitate in referring him in the future.
