We were able to get a better interest rate with Guild Mortgage. Sending and signing documents was very easy. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and understanding.

I have no clue what happened on the lending side. The real estate side was done for weeks and the deal about fell apart because of the lack of communication on the lending side. I know my buyer and the seller were not happy at all.
