There were many miscommunications and inaccurate information. Scott is a nice person for sure, but the entire process was incredibly stressful for me.
The whole experience was great.
The process was clear and manageable. Scoot was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the process thoroughly. The online portal made it easy to upload docs and approval was pretty qiuck.
