Coming into the industry at the busiest time in history while also working with a top-producing team forced me to learn and learn quickly. There are very few scenarios I have not seen, and I enjoy working on all types of situations. Every customer is different with unique needs in the loan approval process, and I try to make things as easy for the borrower as possible by being available throughout the process.
